Much of this Collection, the acquisition of which was commenced over fifty years ago, has progressively been published online during the last twenty years. Fortunately, it has been possible to find and to identify much that had gone unrecognised. Although adding no more than a minute increment to the extensive existing body of work on early artefacts, it is hoped that this proves to be informative and interesting.

The collaborating skill, enthusiasm and commitment of Webmaster Mark Warren during the second half of the life of the Collection is acknowledged with gratitude. Also acknowledged is the effect of being overwatched by the Anglophile American Prof. G S : interaction between an academic logician and an intuition-led collector having proved to be fruitful.
